Experience:
TAI's founder and CEO, Hamid K. Toossi, has over 35 years of experience in design, building and management of heavy, civil and commercial projects including Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Engineering, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Cost Estimating, Value Engineering, Claims Analysis, and Expert Services for Construction Claims and Contract Disputes, in the United States as well as overseas.
Mr. Toossi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.C.E.) in Civil Engineering, from Drexel University, specializing in Design and Engineering of Concrete and Steel Structures, and Construction Management; and a Master of Business Administration Degree (M.B.A.), specializing in Management Information Systems and Corporate Finance, from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Toossi is a Professional Engineer Candidate in the State of Pennsylvania, and the State of Maryland.
Mr. Toossi has participated in numerous Continuing Professional Education courses, both as an instructor, and as an auditor, in Contract Law, Construction Law, Business Law, Leadership, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, and Construction Claims. Mr. Toossi is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (A.S.C.E.), the National Society of Professional Engineers (N.S.P.E), and the founding member of the American Society of MBA Executives.
